    Great -- but not just the web; *all* ICT, including telecom, video services, public terminals, emergency notification, etc. There's a new bill that proposes many of these changes, which you can find at COATaccess.org.

    Or, to say that section 508 matches WCAG 2 and other WAI guidelines, e.g. ATAG, & UAAG.

    Add: prioritize the overhaul of 508 so that it actually results in accessible sites
